40% or 90% (really!)

Picked up $300 of CWR halves on my way home tonight. Figured they were dumps, but I did score a silver 1976-S. I can't for the life of me remember if these are 40% or 90%. I'm guessing 40%.

Can anyone confirm?

It could be a straight clad proof, but if it is silver, it is 40% from what I have found.
