Finished my 4th bag of nickels, pulled my 3rd War Nickel, a 1945S, quite happy.

Also, finally found the 2009P I was looking for, which was nice. Still only finding the young bison heading in the wrong direction though, but not overly surprised after only 8,000 nickels sorted...

Rosco: you sure like those nickel bags. It's too bad that nickels can't be rimmed checked like dimes quarters or halves for the silver issues.

I'm on a mission to find a Buffalo nickel. I have 3 in my collection, all were gifts from my grandma. Closest I came was during my HS job, someone paid with one in the next lane, but the old lady working there sniped it before I could...

i have found two one was 1935 and the other one was 1919

Yeah, sure, rub it in... :-p I've found herds of 'em, but they're all 80 years too young and heading in the wrong direction ;-)
