5 Gallon Crock W/ US & Eagle (crock question)

Can anyone date this crock or give an approximate value for it? There is a banner under the eagle & the US & a number 5. Its 19 inches tall.

Love crocks and jugs. I have a pile of 'em at my folk's house.

Anything in that price range that looks cool to you is a bargain.

Hi! I have one of those too! (not made into a lamp though) I had a hard time reading what was in the banner under the eagle. It reads STANDARD. I also cannot find any info on it, other than what is here.

WTG, DirtyMike! Nice crock! Now just fill it with all those silver coins you're going to find, and voile! The perfect crock bank!

Well, DirtyMike hasn't posted anything here in a few years, but Fluttertut, the maker of these was the "U.S. Stoneware Co." out of Akron Ohio, as shown on this example: https://cdn0.rubylane.com/shops/classictradition/RL-000101.2L.jpg?84
