5 more rings ! # 92 , 93 , 94 , 95 & 96 , 10K gold & silver

I am determined to get 100 rings by tomorrow !!! I went out again last night and early this morning and it paid off . Last night I found ring #92 , it's a .925 silver .This morning I found 4 rings . Three are junk and one is a 10K gold ring from Disneyland . The one junk ring made my heart stop when I dug it , I thought I had a large gold class ring . It turned out to be a plated MLS Champions ring from 2001 , San Jose Earthquakes . The other good finds are some tokens and a 100 Yen coin from I think Japan . I did find one lonely Wheat cent , a 1953D . Total clad for 5 hours is $19.66 !

Nice job. I'm sure you'll make your goal too. I'm shocked you're finding so many rings.... you must have a little honey hole too

That coin is a 100 Won from Korea

Won is not worth a lot US. I have several thousand from my last tour over there. Currently it is about 9 cents for 100 won.

pl8man what's your strategy for finding rings? just dig everything? or just dig pull tabs/nickels? I've found a few junkers, a silver or two and a gold one (that rang up as a nickel.)...did you make your 100? I think I've only found 6 this year (but it is my first year out!)....

Elementary schools are full of rings !! Not just kids rings but wedding rings and other silver and gold jewelery . As I get closer to 100 I do start to dig every solid target .
Thanks

Congratulations on your most recent 5 ring day Glen!

The quantity of rings you find just boggles my mind man!

I hope your #100 is a big 14K "large enough to choke a horse" ring too
