Came across this bill in a relatives safe after he recently passed. Does anyone know how to go about getting a value in this? Any help is appreciated.

Honestly, eBay is one of the best ways to determine what people will pay. Here is a similar one that sold:

That is a very nice error bill. If it were mine, I'd send it to PMG (Paper Money Guarantee) for certification so it doesn't get damaged over time.
