Howdy fellars!

First off, I want to thank those of you that have helped me out and showed me the ropes of coin roll hunting...you know who you are! I picked up 4 boxes of halves today and had my best luck to date.

Box 1 - 1976-1976 S (Ender)
Box 2 - 64x2 :hello2:, 67, 68, 1986 S
Box 3 - 1983 ERROR? (I posted a picture...please share your opinions)
Box 4 - 1965

Very pleased with my results. I'm picking up 4-8 boxes tomorrow....I'll post if I find anything good.
Thanks for looking and HH!

not an error, but somebody did punch those dates in and sell the coin for a premium in the past... it's worth 50 cents.

Was the 1776-1976-S ender silver or not?

I just found one of those punched 1983s today, it looked like it may have been gold plated at one point. I also found one a few months ago. anyone have more info on these?

Unfortunately it's not, but it's in pristine shape.

Did 4 more boxes today.

1 - 67
2 - 64 x 2, 68, 69, 87D
3 - 61BEN, 64, 65, 67
4 - SKUNK

Off to a good start...hopefully my luck continues. The yellow rolls seems to be producing much better than the Brinks ones I was getting.

I've got a couple of those. What I've read 1983 was twenty anniversary of JFK's death and 80 was twenty yr of his election. Somebody gold plated a bunch stamped em and sold them as cheap commemoratives.
