Wow what a day to start off in the morning but burrrrr. Usually this park is bummer for oldies but does give it up once in blue moon. I stopped here right after paying some bills in town. So I did what do most is hit middle and go out to the edges. Glad I did went around a tree that was some what old but had no grass around it in a 20ft area. Next to the tree was a trash can that made the Explorer II go nutts but again it sniffed out this pocket spill of 6 Injun, 4 in one hole, then on the other side of tree 2 more WOW 1880,2-1890,1891,2-1893(swing slow is the key word). After that I headed out to the edges again. More clad and junk for the most part and then I was shocked. 10K ring holly smokes this place was hot. :headbang: Well after all that I had to bug out do to my battery was running low and I still needed to get some grub after freezing in 41 degree weather. So again a park is never hunted out or boring just a lucky day I guess. :dontknow:

PS the Cross I got when Dean and I hunted a huge park near the area. Just couldnt take pic since I missed placed it 2 weeks ago. (silver)

Celtic crosses are hot these days. Buff it up, put a ring and a chain on it, and probably get $40 0r $50. Unless it is 6 inches long, then a little more! Can't tell how big it is. Actually, just buff the tarnish off the back, and lightly cloth polish the front for more character.

The green stones----if they are chrome diopside or zambian emeralds (because they are so dark), they are good stones. Pictures are just a little foggy to tell you much else.

Ya' just never know!
Nice find's!!

great finds looks like the injuns were stacked ?? from there marks

WTG on the gold and Injuns Terry!!! It's always a treat to pull goodies from a pounded park.

I dont believe they where stacked but they all came out in one scoop. Some did looked like they been laying on top of each other from the patina. Im thinking after this good rain where getting today I might go back.
