62 CIVIL WAR BULLETS TODAY!!!!!

I'm itching to death as a write this after a day in the poison oak patch! Snakes, spiders, ticks and poison oak were every where today. I can't believe how much it's grown in a week. My brother and I hit the same spot we hit last Tuesday and weren't quite as lucky today, although we did make some good finds. We really had to work our butts off for what we found though. After 4 hours I ended up with 29 bullets and my brother had 33, Not sure if he will get his posted with mine or not. As you can see from my pictures, we found a few other things during our hunt. Not quite as cool as last week, but we still had a great time despite the itchy day! I'm hitting the shower and then the tube of cortisone for now! Hope the pictures don't make you itch!

Thanks for the reply, It was a very itchy day but I'd wade in poison everyday for 62 bullets...

Looks like Frederick County MD for some reason. I know a few good skirmish areas around there I may hit. I guess Northern Virgina looks similar to Frederick. Great stuff!!

That's a good haul between the two of you.

You're in the poison ivy patch there, and we're in it here... You're right though. We would--and indeed do--get in that ivy for the finds.
