64 KENNEDY ACCENTUATED HAIR????

So my grandma rediscovered this paperweight that my grandpa owned before he died, and it's a block containing all US 1964 coins. I'm looking at this from all angles, and it looks to me like it might just be the accentuated variety, but I'm by no stretch of the imagination an expert. Can anyone confirm?

Very nice for your desk ! Do you think the coins are from a 1964 Proof Set ? I think the special Kennedy half is a proof only issue.

Well, I don't think so. That variety is Proof, whereas yours appears to be a circulation strike. 1964 Accented Hair Variety Kennedy Half Dollar this link will give you some pics and hints to check it out though.
