Hunting at an old school that was built in 1867 and is now a museum and found what i believe to be parts of an old pair of children's scissors *someone correct me if I'm wrong* but thats all i found there , it's extremely dry here and i want to go back there if and when we ever get a good soaking rain , the rest of the stuff was found on a local beach ........
Thanks for looking
Lorrie

Looks like they can be a pair of scissors or turning them around a bit it could be a pair of weird glasses, but I would go with the scissors theory. nice find all together.

Welcome Lorrie.
Looks more like you were fishing, instead of hunting. ;D
A place that old should turn up some old coins for you. Once it gets easier to dig, I'd be back out there.

Thanks Guys , I'm really anxious to get back to that place , i know there has to be something good there , let it rain ``` let it rain ```` let it rain ````

Remember that when the ground is as dry as it is, the "halo" around coins are smaller and harder to find those deep signals. Just remember not to give up, even if you have had a bad week or even two because you never know what that next dig will give you...just think if you quit, that 1916-d Merc will never be yours!! Don't key so much on the coins but the fun and pleasure and let everythiong else fall into place!!

Hey Lorie from up around Greenville, welcome. I spent a day up your way (I'm from down around Grand Rapids) and found very few places to hunt...it was kinda disappointing. Welcome to TN and I'm with you, let's get some RAIN!

BEAUTIFUL TAB RINGS! Way to go on the finds. Keep em coming!
