My phone line has been down for the last 8 days and I haven't been able to keepup with all the super finds and post my gold. We didn't get to hunt today Wind and surf were very bad. Yesterday I had 2 gold (i.d. tag and band) Over 7 grams, and on Thursday I had 5 gold that weighed in at 45.4 grams. The i.d. braclet was 26.4 and all were 18k. I have been hunting with a friend from Ohio for the last 2 weeks and have 12 pieces and jerry has 10. Not to bad considering that most of the beaches are really crowded and sanded in. I have pix of a couple of silver that was found on Thursday and one is the biggest silver ring I have ever found. (30 grams) Does anyone have any idea on the maker ( GT with a soccer ball) Thanks for lookin and happy hunting.

Les

Even I think thats impressive :o :o  Sorry don't normally look at rings, but you seem to be somewhat getting the hang of this beach lark :laughing9: :notworthy:

Hey Digger,

Thanks for the comment, Cru. After 33 years of water hunting, I should have the "hang of it" by now or I should just give up. Ijust love the thrill of seeing that gold in my scoop. Seeing a nice coin or artifact come to light from the dirt does the same thing.

Nice bunch of Gold :icon_thumleft: should be easy for you to return the ID bracelet ;D

I would love to but it was blank, only had 6-6-95 on the back. I was thinking about having my name put on the top and buff off the date.

Awesome as usual!! I love the thrill of seeing anything other than clad in my scoop!

Your heavy ring looks to be handmade from a coin. :icon_scratch: Since the GT is on the outside I'd say it is not the maker but more like initials of the owner or team. :dontknow: From the inside you can see the rim of where they cut out the coin and its clearly hammered. :icon_scratch: It also appears like they melted a 1gram gold bar to the top, not sure if the stamp is from the bar or custom. ??? I'd say its a made from a large gold coin. :icon_thumleft: You should check the inside for wording or images of a coin. :headbang:

Great finds !! :D ;D

Keep @ it and HH !! ;D :D

You do surprise me with some great gold finds! What do you do with it all, LOL? HH, Mike
