found a few things this morning
a copper bangle
I discovered it had another bangle inside of it (see photo)
also a few other things including another single notched point these single
notched points keep showing up, I have another one I found yesterday which I will post

Do you or have you ever scooted a metal detector across that field? I bet you would triple your copper finds. Great hunt sir.

Tn, I have done the metal detector over some spots and found a few copper bangles,
but mostly found pieces of old farm machinery and wire, fence post staples and some old style cut nails
also a few other tractor parts and other broken farm implement pieces
i would say you are right about finding triple amounts of copper
it sure is a hear breaker when you find a nail or piece of wire instead of what you really want,
it sounds like you've been there and done that
