HaHa! Awesome "nodis" lol! What have you found around that super huge stump in the 5th picture Jeff? Looks like there sure ought to have been some goodies there. The house where your uncle lived is one beautiful old structure. I'd take that over a 500K new house ANY day of the week!

actually the gnats wern't too bad today. they were out but
in smaller hordes.

I had to slow my swing down allot more,
And swing over every Null from all angles to get the Wheats.

when I got any high tone sound no matter how bad I dug.
all 3 were very deep digs

Actually I haven't found anything around that Stump.
at least nothing I remember as more then Trash and a Memorial or so.
I still swing around it each visit, but it seems to be hiding it's goodies from me.

maybe the pair of Geese
are the 2 Mungrel Honds in disguise :laughing7:

They have there good days & bad.

I almost forgot a Most unusual event today.
When I first arrived there was no sun.
so since no sun beating down I was going to Go in the Green area North
of the park & East of The church (see Pic)
the temp was Comfortable as I got to the Spot I put the red square
it was like walking into a Ice House, Felt Below Freezing & Very uncomfortable.
Any warmth that time of Morning would have been coming from the east
And there is no tree for shade there even if the sun were getting though the clouds.
that spot was the most unusual event ever for me there.

Untitled2.jpg

Hopefully next trip over that spot is comfortable again

Beautiful place!

not a single bit of exaggeration, it was physically Too Cold for me to stay there another Second longer.

I immediately walked a few steps out of that corner & pretty much Forgot about it just as fast.
at least till right Before I
made the post above about it.

Very beautiful place to hunt!
Those geese can be worse than attack dogs!
The goodies are still there waiting for ya just the day was golden!

I remember as a Kid the Neighbor at the other end of town had A goose.
and Even though she eventually put fence around it, because of it's violent behavior,
Every time we would go by it,
it was like a pit Bull on attack :laughing7:

I'd swear that thing seemed to live forever.

back then there were at least a dozen kids in town and I don't doubt it got ahold of one or two

When I was a boy, my grandfather had a small farm. In the summers after school had been dismissed for the season, my younger sister and I would spend the day there. You know how they say you don't have to outrun the bear, just the person with you? Same goes for a goose lol. I was always faster than my sister and she wasn't smart enough to realize I was intentionally getting it to chase us:laughing7:
