First off Happy Fathers Day...:) Left the house early for low tide and spent a couple of hours with no results. Moved up into the dry sand and started finding a few things. The silver piece is a Peter Stone Celtic Pendulum from Ireland. The rings, both odd, one appears to be a horse shoe nail that was made into a ring....Last but not least is a gold plated 67 GTO with a surfer on the side...Good Luck Out There

Sweet finds! I like the pendulum. The ring with the hole in the middle is for opening beer bottles. :occasion14::thumbsup:8-)

Wow nice finds! Gotta say I never thought I'd see another pendulum

Congrats on those cool finds. The other ring is a bottle opener ring. I found one exactly like it last summer.

You think that pendulum was meant to hold medication, maybe?

I'd love to find something like that

I've heard that crystals are sometimes placed inside for divination purposes. Also they've been used on maps to locate areas. Maybe a small paper with what in mind someone's searching for. I do recall seeing one used to locate lost treasure ships on discovery Channel a few years back....no seriously! I'm not joking!
