Let me know if it's still a go, I have to get time off and book a flight....

It's a go, Kevin. It'll just take a few days to get it back in order. Essentially, it is a matter of organizing food, non-alcoholic beverages, tables, chairs and entertainment. It ain't Woodstock. :)

I've got the table and chairs ORDERED - will pick them up Friday morning on the way up there

Daryl that is a great contribution on you part. John was worried about tables and chairs. I know you brought them in the past cookouts. Let me know how I can help out.

Trembull! Mi amigo! Thanks, buddy!
Sam Milner is confirmed for the entertainment.
...and it all begins to come together again. :icon_thumleft::occasion14::icon_thumright:

Nothing has changed as far as the cookout. Thanks to you guys, IT'S HAPPENING! I'll be going up to Dell's in about a half hour with food, medicine and money. So I'll be gone all day. I'll be back in touch tonight...

Sure thing Pete Da Pirate - help with unloading and loading off my trailer.
Have my room again down next to the SADS Crime Scene

Will call Virginia to try and get the end room next to the pavilion

As a low-key poster who has been to only one cookout, I am encouraged by this turn of events. After years of watching a few people bear the weight of the entire cookout, it seems what is happening now (many contributing to something they love doing) is how it should be. Kudos to all who are pitching in to make it happen.
