A.C vent find??

As weird as it sounds my little girl dropped one of her toys in vent in the floor... Found this button and im guessing a kinky novelty medallion? The button has L&R metal prod corp Bronx NY on back.

I dont really think there of value but since I found them in my floor I was hoping some of you metal detector folks might have know something about them.... Especially the button

The button is a US Air Force dress coat button. It is not the current issue button.

This button has since replaced it.
