a combination that you do not see everyday

I went into an area today to try to do a combination metal detect and shed hunt. This area has a lot of old cellar holes that I have yet to hit. But there was too much snow to detect but took mental notes of cellar holes found for spring. But I did manage to find a big set of moose antlers. I then hit another cellar hole lower in elevation, my goal was to find a coin and moose antlers in the same day but there was still too much snow to be effective. But did find an old fly reel that rang up really good. Unless we get a thaw I am done until spring.

Back of the boat I can not find any markings on the reel it is actually somewhat ornate if you can zoom in on pic but no writing anywhere on it. Wish there was so I could start to date foundation.

hEY DEER SHED WE COULD SWAP A Maryland METAL DETECTING TRIP FOR A MOOSE SHED HUNTING TRIP. I shed hunt all the time but find mostly moose sheds. very few deer sheds. Doc aray what doe we use anything we find for? I will sell the set for around $300.00.
