Hi everyone. I went on my second hunt after school today in the woods behind my house.

I found 2 more wheat pennies(any tips on cleaning?) and 3 other modern pennies. I also found a shiny painted threaded object(anyone know what it is?). I also found 2 metal "chunks" (melted aluminum??). I also found a piece of a possible Native American cutting tool.

Thanks Everyone 8-)

P.S. I think I will get a pin-pointer soon because I'm tired of cutting clobs of dirt in half and continuously sweeping to find these pennies!

Great score in the wheaties, and that really does look like a native tool. Good eye!

Sweet wheaties bro ya the rock looks as if it was worked by natives the shiny metal threaded thing looks like a thread protector I work in oilfield an that's exactly what it looks like for for 5"1/2 inch casing
