A couple of points found in a creek in Mississippi. Any ideas on type or time period?

At first glance they look like blades or performs to me. I don't think they are projectile points..not yet at least. What does the other side look like? Is there secondary flaking on the edges?
If they are completed including pressure flaking on both faces I would say Lerma..if not...perform or blade.
Lerma points are 1300-1600 BP. "Before present" .... a.k.a. yrs. Old.

Huh.. The one on the left looks better on that side.. I think that is a blade... probably related to the Benton in your area.
The other one is a tough call without holding it. I would just stick with my original assessment on that one. Some nice finds you have made... maybe someone from your area will chime in with a little more knowledge than myself.
