Gold Monster 2000
Always loved Moliagul. Is the most historical place for Gold in Australia. The biggest nugget here was found there and cemented it in our History books. Have been going there on and off since the gold bug bit me yrs and yrs ago.
Not only is it historical for gold but also the birth place of our famous Flying Dr service helping people who live remotely needing help for health and life saving transport. Today the Flying Dr service still serves our country from Aircraft to bus services helping people everywhere.
The town is now very small, the last pub closed a number of yrs ago and its just a shadow of its former glory, but it's still revered to this day as the most historically significant place here.

Always loved detecting here, some areas though have some seriously prickly native plants and where I went was no exception, gotta watch what angle you push through them if you know what I mean 😂
But was a decent hunt with the GM2000. Wind was nuts though this day, 60 kph gusts, and no pictures of dirt and gold on the coil this time as the first couple of attempts saw it all blow off of the coil and me hunt them back up. 😄 I ended up covering the coil with my hand waiting for the gap between the gusts.
But at home all good, 15 little bits. 😁
