Most desirable features for video cams, come in the $22-$27 price range, but top-of-the-line will be about $45-49.

I didn't mention Roxio Creator NTX 4 (newer versions are out), that is my other disc install movie program. I do most of the editing in it, easy to use and has a wide range of file types to produce clips or videos, PowerDirector is more complicated to use, offers a wide range of Hollywood style of special effects.​
