Some broken Quartz and Quartzite, and a cool little Smokey Quartz scraper. The highlight was finding the second half of a big ugly Rhyolite knife/preform thing. Found the larger top half about 20' away a few months ago clearing a spot for a small shop. Thanks for looking.

Shame its broken in half. The first tip of the quartzite would of been a great one.
 
That is so cool to find the matching piece...that is almost cooler than finding a whole one.
 
Love the patination difference..... nice finds...gotta love the garden.......
 
Thanks for the reply folks. The larger top half was found at the base of a pine tree, the bottom half was brought up by my tiller. I guess the acid from the pine tree may have contributed to the difference in patina.
