Pic #2 looks like a clamp for a cable or antenna or electric wires. Round item looks like a lock washer.

Would have to the the biggest pencil sharpener ever lol. The handle is heavy duty.

The round item in photo#1 looks like a broken section of a coil spring. I agree on the ground clamp. The hand crank could be off most anything from a tool. to an awning, to a manual ice cream maker.

If that buckle is black then it is more than likely an Army buckle. I joined the military in 1991 and we were using them and when we went to ACUs in 2006, we quite using them.

It's rust colored now and seams to have some age. Do you know when they began using them?

The large crank in #1 looks like one we used to have on our old wood stove when I was a kid. It was to shake the grates so the ashes would fall into the ash bucket.
