A find of a lifetime coin !!!

[DDEXPII]

Let get right to it ! It is a Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar that was handcarved it to a love tonken
I found this sweet thing on Saturday when I went to a hot spot.
Allday I was hoping for the elusive IH one coin that is not to hard to find but I never found one!!
But all I get is this love tonken LOL... This is my very best find.

Thanks DEEPDIGGEREXPII

Beautiful token. I wish I could find one. So much more personal that just a coin. Unfortuately for me my oldest silver so far has only been a barber dime. (4 so far but none older than 1904) Congrats on a great find and judging by the sites outraged has on tap if you keep hunting with him you will find many more.

That is a really nice find. The good thing about it is that you probably own the only one exactly like it unless the maker was very good a duplicate engraving!

Love tokens are cool little pieces of art. Since I've never found one, I've been contemplating collecting them. Some of them are quite intricate and the ones I've seen for sale aren't terribly expensive, since the coin's numismatic value has essentially been destroyed.
