A first "big silver" for me

Hunted a private home for around 3 hours today and found a first for me. A 1949-D Franklin Half! Also found 4 wheats ( '46, '49-D, '40-D, and '19-S) and a Sioux Falls Traction token that was used for a trolley system that was once in downtown. Happy dance? Yeah, I did it.

My first (and only) large silver was a Franklin too.

Nice find on the Franklin half. I've been detecting for 25 plus years and never dug one. I've found a few Barbers, Walkers and a '64 Kennedy, but never a Franklin.

Nice hunt Deep. I was born in Sioux Falls and grew up til age eight in Alexandria and SD State at Brookings.
