Just for reference, this site seems to be related to a small Delaware village that probably peaked around the 1740s and 1750s.

Thanks Steve! Here's a closer picture of the point. It's 1 1/2" long. I've never seen this style of point anywhere else but on this site (I've found others here). Any ideas?

Looks like a Rat tail copper culture spear point. They traded copper all over. Hard to tell by pictures but looks close.
Yes it is little but they did have them that small also.

Thanks for the idea, Steve. I agree it has a similar shape to the "rat tail" points, though I showed it to a researcher who said it was too thin (i.e., it was from sheet metal). Based on that and the other items at the site I'm thinking it might just be a bizarro style of trade point, possibly based on the "rat tail" design.
