Interesting do you think it is directing to a main trail or a vault location.

I don't know much about the top picture other than it's in AZ. The bottom dog is in NM. That dog is looking directly at a panel of petroglyphs about ten feet away from him. From the trail below you'd never know the carvings were there. You have to climb up a steep rock outcrop to his level to see them.

I believe a mine is about 5 miles upstream from the dog in the same canyon. According to legend, proceeds from this mine was then cached in numerous places maybe 15 miles away in a different canyon.

The photo that I have posted also corresponds to a mining area placer deposit it to has a dual purpose along with a vault storage. What I have found in these petroglyphs area is hidden meanings installed by the Spanish very clever they were.

That's also an old duck or more likely a goose head recarved. Note what looks like a pharoah mummy laying below the jaw/beak. You have a crypt somewhere. Hieroglyph of a goose means "son" or "pharoah" or soul of the deceased.

If you want a really good chance of seeing the old crypt location, you need a ladder or rope and you need to climb up and look thru one these notches on the top of the monument, most likely the V shaped one on the right.

Most easy ones to find have been looted. I've been in a couple looted ones. Here's the mummy rendition. And goose head. It's mostly what your eyes are keyed in on. Mine may be keyed in a little different things as I 've seen this a few times.

Also be careful around these things, they were better engineers than you would think on balance and weights... There is a rectangular 10 ton boulder on a cliff I know of that marks the canyon, looks like a crate or vault symbolization. If you sit on it , it teeter totters, scared the crap of me first time I sat on it. 200 pounds shifting a 10 ton boulder is a little eye awakening.

I have three sites that are specifically pickup locations (not mines) and all three have very well carved fox heads at them. Here is one of them and this location is a spot that they took a Cart/wagon up to which I would call an accumulation room and is marked with the 130 foot triangle and located at the easiest and first spot going into the mountain for a wagon. I believe this is going back to the nature idea that the Fox has a Den as does the Rabbit and Turtle. View attachment 2253476

Thank you for your contribution to the photo Q good to hear from you. I do believe it to be Spanish. And it does have a hidden locating hoyo on the back side. When you look through it, it sites right up a side Canyon just like it’s supposed to.

I also just noticed the donkey with round object in its mouth. Long neck ears pinned back. Looking left. Just above the right hand pointer are the ears. Or maybe I've been looking too muck.lol. I have seen several donkeys. The represent Jesus as he rode one. Also obviously used in mining and transport.

They put a lot of them on these pyramid shaped features (hogback ridges) about midway down, the feature will usually face a solstice sunrise or sunset, several I know of face the winter solstice sunrise at about 120 degrees. But they can face 60 , 300, or 240 as well. there will also be a large stand out pyramid peak on a ridgeline nearby or poking up out of the middle of everything. Spanish or some other group looted many of the easier ones to find and made vaults in areas nearby and below. There's still some crypts that look intact that I know of.

I'd set up further away, hard to tell on that one, rainbow could be lense flare.

Here are a couple of lens/sun flares (circled) in order to get an aura you have to be a good quarter of a mile from the aura area even better at a half mile.. I have tried many hundreds of thousands of times to catch an aura closer than a few hundred yards with no auras to show for it. as an example in this picture if I were set up to catch an aura I would be trying to catch an aura on that little hill the right hand arm of the saguaro is touching the left down side of, but I would also be looking at the further hills as well for any possible auras. Where the upper circled sunspot is on the hill to the right is getting a little too close to catch an aura.
