Hello
Its been awhile, been kinda hot. :P I went out a few times with nothing to brag about. Took a trip to PA and found a few schools hunted them and got some silver quarters. A 1945 D and a 1964 D came home and hunted a pounded school house. Found another 1910 V nickel like the pocket spill I had, next to a giant bolt ! Then today I hunted a old farm house that has some cellar holes on the land that I will hunt next spring, maybe even check out this year. Anyway the land owner said he had a flood and it ripped up all the plants and lots of ground. The government came in and dumped top soil all over. I hunted mostly areas that had original ground still. Next to tree roots and sidewalks, the open lawn confused me cause I was not sure if it was topsoil. So i did not dig much, my first signal was a memorial and my second signal was a another 1892 Barber Dime (2nd 1892 for the year). Again I asked God for a find sooner than later on my way over and my prayer was answered. Never found another good old coin after that. A few pieces of trash and the rest clad. This was the first good hunt since PA so about 4 weeks since a good silver find. Anyways here are some pics hope you enjoy!!
PS: Started to clear out my crawlspace to put in new supports. I live in a 1859 School house and already I'm finding remnants of the past I found several Crock Pot Pieces one posted in the last picture. Hoping to find a full one when done. I'll have about 3 tons of dirt to check for the clearing of new supports. I'll keep you guys posted of the finds I eyeball and the finds I detect after pulling, dumping and detecting the 3 tons of dirt.
Keep @ it and HH !!
