A lil help on thas spoon.

This is something I Found today. I believe it is silver but I can't find any information or even anything similar to it.


























It measures 7.5" tall and 2 5/8" wide! Thanks.

Looks like the Madonna and child, and the first couple of words translate to "Lord's blessing". Best I can come up with is a Danish or Norwegian baptism spoon.

I agree, I think its some type of Baptism Spoon. Maybe silver, maybe not... need to test it to find out.

It does have a look of silver, but testing will be the way to find out for sure. Not sure of the origin? It kind of has a look of silver souvenir items from Jerusalem, maybe Italy and Scandinavian isn't out of the question in my mind
