Nice Angos, but the Georgetown blue one is something special. Awesome finds.

Are the weak shoulders present on some (e.g. the blue one) an indication of them being resharpened while hafted?

Absolutely. Evidence of resharpening while hafted. It was originally much broader on the blade.
