Ok so you can freeze the treasure hunter but that won't stop them! Lol!
With 2 feet of snow coverage and drifts and piles in the 4 foot plus range, detecting is on hold (unless your looking for a licenses plate! .....or your car!)

A stop at the liquor store produced this which I had to pry out of the freezing road slush...there was more but I really didn't feel like crawling under the adjacent truck to scrape it out of the ice!
Humble, but treasure non the less! image.jpg

We will go own to -7 tonight.....sooooo, it's C-O-L-D and FROZEN here under a 2ft blanket of snow with another 4 day snow coming!
Free snow- you pay the shipping!

we feel for you, the warmer times are coming.....someday

Those coins gave you a "fix" MSB. Hopefully, the groundhog is wrong up there 7 you can dig soon. HH, Q.

Hey that's 20 cents ! you could by a 5th of a cup of coffee in a few places in our great nation -( more like a tenth of a cup in most)
Nice Finds !

Pennies-A-LA-Mode! I like it !! :)

You just be careful, that is a dangerous temperature!

I still say it's all this global warming!

WTG!

Congrats on the frozen loot! We've dodged the bullet so far down here, although it's supposed to get down to the 20's tonight

Nice loot for a snowy cold day in New England. You deserve a nice hot cup of cocoa.

I know from your posts that finding those pennies did NOT satisfy your appetite and desire to get out there and hunt. If it's any consolation to you it's supposed to be 65 degrees and sunny here on Sunday and all my shorts are put up for the winter.

with all the snow ya'll been getting back there i think there will still be snow on the ground until july heheheheh

MA, that is some hard core hunting...Good Luck and stay warm..

MBB, your secret is now out. I snapped this pic of Cjon employing your technique!

Dropped a dime at the parking meter yesterday, it disappeared into a foot of fluffy white new snow, thought about it but it's -20c windchill on top, hand would get wet and cold, naw it can become a found treasure for a brave soul down the road.

I admire your spirit! Hang in there, the springtime is on the way... I promise!

Stay warm and GL!
