A Little Tahoe Silver

Did a shallow water beach hunt at Lake Tahoe yesterday. Still not a normal year for finds as summer was late in coming and the lake is full to the brim so the beach drops off quickly to over head depths. I did what I could in water up to my neck and found a few targets.

I thought both earrings were potentially gold until I got back to the car and looked closer.

Been a tough summer for water hunting so far, but I'm not about to quit just yet!

Thanks Bill, I do have to admit though, it's not a terrible place to hunt even if the finds are few sometimes.
