I had a 6 hour outing in Phoenix yesterday and found some keepers. 3 silver dimes 1948, 1939, and 1907. 2 silver war nickels, 2 Mexican coins, 2 wheat pennies, a nice pile of clad coins and an International Harvester pocket watch fob. I posted pictures of the dimes and nickels before and after cleaning so you can see how the Arizona soil is hard on silver. Found a new spot and can't wait to get back again. Also just bought a NEL tornado coil for the ATPro and am anxious to give it a spin. Happy hunting and thanks for looking. Great finds! I'm really jealous because it will be a long time before I can metal detect. Flagstaff is supposed to get 2' of snow today and tomorrow, on top of at least a foot already on the ground. Might have to take a road trip down south...

We watch the weather for Flagstaff and I asked the wife if she wanted to take a ride up there to see the snow. She declined. Come on down. I have been fortunate this winter with locating some good spots around Phoenix. I do a lot of research.

Congrats on all the silver.

Great job my friend thats some good silver the pile is growing!!

Thanks, Tommy. I need to get back out. With all the rain we have got it should be better detecting and easier to dig.

Great hunt. Silver!
