Didn't find today....found the penny "till hunting" at work....can't seem to make it out...does it look like 1918 S to you? That third number is really hard to see and it looks like a messed up "1"....

The second item I found while bringing in carts from the parking lot. It was getting dark out too and that caught my eye. I thought..."Oh, just some costume jewelry"...but I kept it anyways. Yesterday I was looking at it and it said ".925"...cool beans! It is now in my jar, with the penny for my 2008 "TILL HUNTING" finds! Can't wait till the end of the year so I can get a shot of everything found.

So far....2 more War Nickels...1944 and can't remember the other year, quite a few foreign coins too! Getting a load of Bi-Centential Quarters (I love them...love the design on the back!). Oldest nickel so far since 1 Jan is 1939....

Other than that STANDING LIBERTY that got away from me....nothing really big found...but it's there waiting for me to find it!! And I will!

Thanks for looking,
Annmarie

Looks like it could be 1918 or 1978. Either way it is a nice find.

It being a wheatie, I'm pretty sure it's a 1918, Annmarie. Good eye on the jewelry, almost looks homemade.

Nice finds R&A and congrats on the silver! HH, Mike

very nice finds. Without a doubt that's '1918", ain't never gonna see that number again. you have a perfect job for finding the silver and wheaties. I'd go for it. The parking lot find is good, no make that, Great. Have fun, but remember, many of your friends will never understand the joy of finding "things".

Really cool finds. Congrats.

This is one of those hobbies where it pays to have an eagle eye. Good job!
