What type of coin is it?

It's hard to put a price on a coin like this. You kinda get what you get for them. The error market is a strange market sometimes :) Strong double dies usually fetch good prices though.

What you have is "strike doubling". It is not a double die.

Your coin looks like it may be in nice shape. Worth a few dollars. There is a similar post somewhere here in "coins".

Here are two coins that I have. One is the same as your coin and the other is a 1969-S. Both of these were purchased from a trusted coin dealer as strike doubles for only a few dollars each.
