A question about an old venner stop watch.

Hello

I have a Venner stop watch. Type No A40. Serial number 12759. It has a large
10s sweep dial and a smaller 300s dial.

I am trying to find out about it. e.g. when it was made?

I have Googled but to no effect. Anyone know anything?
