I posted these under "Today's finds" but, I probably should have posted them here because they're really a couple things I'd like to find more info on. Since I don't know how to move a thread I'll just post them here.

Any info on the ring or the metal bar would be very welcomed.

The two stamps on the ring are it's only markings.

The metal bar, well if I can give any more info that would help, just let me know.

And yes, solved!!

I tried to send you a PM last year but my emails were not working when the new ownership changed the formatt. My emails are working good now and Im glad you noticed this post. The ring is a nice find.

I dont remember but I think the 666 solder means its 66 percent lead and the rest tin or vice versa. I posted a matching pic but unfortunately many of my attachments from that time period are lost..
