Your first picture Sunset over Mt Tarrengower goldfield is one of the best sunsets I have seen in a while .....

Fires are ugly, but it makes the pictures are gorgeous.

A few days back the nearly full Moon was sitting low to the south,
and I was seeing it through all the smoke from the fires currently
burning here in Washington. It was glowing in a hazy red/orange
sky.
