I didn't find this one, but there's a question of it's ID that I would like to see if anyone can help with. Apparently found in Arkansas near Ft. Smith.

I'd be interested to know what it turns out to be.Is that a shield in the direct center,with a bow on the right and an arrow on the left? Almost looks like a native American symbol of some type to me.JMHO.

The image in the center looks to be a rotary telephone, so your item could be a phone token. Many of the phone tokens from other countries were somewhat primitive in the graphic design. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_token

My second thought is it could be a one of a kind token that was the creativity of one person's imagination.
