Ace 250 in water?

Can the Ace 250 coil be submerged? Just wondering as I'd love to hunt some rivers around here!

sure. I've used mine in lakes and creeks. but beware cause if you drop it in then it is toast! good luck

Coil can be submerged under water but keep the rest above water. I found some expensive glasses that a boy lost while walking on a tree that crossed a fast moving river. His father was quite thrilled when I reached down and pulled them from the water. With all that white water I conciderd it more luck than skill.
