Ack! Pollen!

I can't even enjoy going out to MD! My head feels like its going to explode. I did find a whopping 16 cents this weekend in the limited time I could breathe outdoors.

Prescription nasacort just got permission to be sold over the counter, for the last week it has worked well for me, and I have it bad!

That's good information about the Nasacort. I'll try that, but seems I always have to ween myself off nasal sprays because my nose gets dependent on them...

The same here too. I can get out for a few minutes before it is too much to bear. I think that here in Alabama, 'Pollen Yellow' is a paint color option for your car.

Zycam, Zyrtec, Nasacort, and Benadryl all in the same day seem to be helping a little.
