Adams Co. 08 find

I found these pictures that I have not posted from last year.It looks like it could be Paleo.Piece is very thin, & has some good flaking on the edges.I showed it to Dorkfish the day I found it.He said it looks like it has a nipple on the base to be fluted from. Maybe I can get some more info on it here. Thanks for looking.
