Found this clock frame gear metal detecting behind early 1900s house what's the age on it? It does not stick to the magnet so it is brass. What is that chunk in picture 1 and 3?does anybody know what type of clock it went to??????? 20210219_162534.jpg 20210219_162603.jpg 20210219_163314.jpg

It's from the works of a small back wind clock. Maybe a carriage or bedroom clock. I would guess 1910 or so. Could be a Sessions but a lot of clock makers used the same works about that time?

the chunks are rusted screws or nuts that have been left in the piece to give it charactor....
