All at once. But need help

Stayed kinda local today hit the beach with not much hope. Targets were slow coming. 2 silver ratings, silver bracelet,. A broken bracelet that appears to hold 10k but turned green with 14k acid applied directly to my, also a 15gram 18k ring which was a great surprise. My question is on the broken bracelet. Any thought on it? And also on the ring does anyone recognize what the insignia is? Thanks in advance
