Almost as good as a Walker!

[halfdime]

I know some of you are going to be unhappy when you reach the end of the story and see the picture, so I'll give you the chance to opt out now. Okay, for those of you who are left...My detecting time has been cut way back because I've been coaching a 7-8 year old baseball team that my daughter plays on. We've had a rough season, seldom playing up to our abilities, and a number of breaks went against us along the way. That always sounds like sour grapes, so I'll leave it at that. Playoffs started today, and we opened with a team that benefited from some of those breaks against us. Long story short, a few things went our way today and the kids got to celebrate a sweet victory. I've found about a dozen Walkers, and this was almost as good!

I sure miss those days. My youngest will be 20 next month. But you know I'm pretty busy with 5 grand kids and one on the way. Congrats on the sweet victory!!! Hope you get to hunting regular soon.
