He spoke Mexican hungh? Humm I can't remember ever leaving any Mexican in school, but did have a year and half if Spanish! Did he threaten you in Mexican or it was just the way he looked that you knew he was going to cut your throat? We're our on worst enemies.

I speak english..I am American, call those other noises what ever you want to. No he threatened me with a weapon, and he looked down right in a rage.but thanks for your comment.

Same thing happened to my ex wife a few years ago here in Houston....Illegal runs a red light, was speeding, in a car that was not his, no insurance or license....cops let him go. He shows up in court, and they don't even make him pay a fine! He could afford a nice attorney but not to fix my wife's car....$25,000 down the drain....because all we has was liability...had to pay all medical bills and buy another car....

Get hit by uninsured driver here, you get paid out...simple. The insurance companies pay into a pay out pot to cover costs. It stops folks from saying to hell with it, what's the point of being insured.

Sorry ! If you actually pulled a gun & held it to his head over an accident,
I understand why you were arrested.
I only wish cops would be arrested for the same.
My understanding you have a right to own a Firearm, you have a right to protect your life,
but I don't think you have a right to hold someone against there will by threat of death,
unless your a cop

I didnt think this post whould get this much attention, so I didnt type the whole story out, my bad...I didnt get arrested, almost and that was cause of my mouth..not what I did with my side arm. He had a weapon and was yanking on my wife. That right there is already assault with a deadly weapon....lol I did not just stick my gun in his face for the fun of it...

Sorry I didnt type everything out...he had a weapon a crowbar/tire tool, like a giant screw driver...he ran up to my door after the hit...and was yelling and sticking it in my face while I was still tring to get out of my seat belt, he ran around the car after seeing my wife and yanked her door open...he was yanking on her arm when I got loose and pulled my gun, he saw it and I chased him to his car where he jumped in started it and I then pressed it against his head....so yes my life or my wifes life was in danger. So I held him at gun point after the assault, till the cops showed up, at any givin time he could of shoved that thing into either one of us..but thanks for your comment

Well hell yea you should have pulled your gun! You left out the most important details of the story! That's pretty threatening in my book when he grabbed her by the arm. Sorry for the criticism, it just sounded a little like George Zimmerman case the way you described it at first.

To be honest, what ran through my head was that I wasnt gonna get my seat belt undone and it was tight, there was no crawling out.. my door was crushed in window busted out in my face. This dude was gonna pull my wife out and beat her or take her, while I was trapped.

I believe you, But I also think it very well could have been a misunderstanding,
Being IF I were him, Illegal, In an Accident, I would have ran immediatly,
Not come start a fight.

Years ago when the building boom just started in my county Hispanics were flocking here for the work. I had just got in my truck at my local grocery store, put on my seat belt and started the truck. Without any kind of warning an Hispanic man jerked my door open, grabbed my shoulder and in a panic voice, in Spanish, was yelling and pointing at his vehicle. His wife was sitting unconscious in the passenger seat and he was wanting help. For a second I was scared I was being truck jacked or out right robbed. Long story short, called 911, held her hand, and occasionally hugged the Hispanic husband telling him everything was going to be alright. The rescue squad came within minutes. She was still unconscious, but breathing when they took her away. Have no idea how it all turned out for the couple. I still wonder to this day, if I'd had my carry weapon, would I have shot the man? Probably not. At least I think so. Since then, the first thing I do entered any of my vehicles...lock the doors.

I hit a girl that turned left into my lane at an intersection, truck totaled, She had no insurance. She was hispanic, but I never learned if she was an illegal. Back then there were ramifications for causing an accident. I was not at fault thogh, so the uninsured motorist coverage that I paid extra for in my insurance paid out. About 25 % of the worth of the truck.

I contribute this post because I wonder if the uninsured motorist "pool" pays out better than it did 30 years ago?

So I have no job and neither does the wife..and one of are forms of transport is totaled...so my wife made a YouTube channel....You dont get to see her face...but she shakes her ass well...LOL Now your thinking....is he really ok with showing other men his wifes ass....well Ill put it this way....she isnt being touched, she doesnt show her face, and I know where she sleeps...LOL

Sorry to hear the demise, but the reason the badge man let him go is he/she probably knows the courts will never do anything and the badgers will fill out worthless paperwork of their time for something that won't get inforced anyway, so why waste the time is probably what they were thinking!

Yeah, the badgers will harass you because they know you have money, a job, most likely legal as far as insurance, drivers license goes and they know they can cause you monetary problems just for the heck of it! The illegal, they know they won't get a cent out of him, another reason they let him go!
