An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

This is what causes dowsing rods to work!
energy field not known to science before! Bill

the "holy grail" of physics that scientists have been searching for ever since Albert Einstein presented his General Theory of Relativity nearly 100 years ago.

All fields of the standard model and gravity are unified as an E8 principal bundle connection. A non-compact real form of the E8 Lie algebra has G2 and F4 subalgebras which break down to strong su(3), electroweak su(2) x u(1), gravitational so(3,1), the frame-Higgs, and three generations of fermions related by triality. The interactions and dynamics of these 1-form and Grassmann valued parts of an E8 superconnection are described by the curvature and action over a four dimensional base manifold.

Thanks Bill....Way over my head. I know something does it so I except your explaination...Art

Re: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

Uh, way over my head too. Do you understand the workings of what you posted oldbill? (just curious).

What's funny, is if a skeptic had posted that exact same quote, saying "this prooves dowsing to be scientifically impossible", no one would've known any better ::) But since each person wants so badly to believe their position, they don't question a string of $20 words.

I'm not saying that either one doesn't grasp certain simpler debates, facts, science, etc... But when it comes to ones we DON'T understand, it is telling that someone, while admitting they don't understand it, would none-the-less conclude with: "I know something does it so I except your explaination" That is a results-oriented justification.. Nothing wrong with that! I too would probably be slow to dispute something so scientifically sounding, if it purported to dis-prove dowsing.

Re: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

Ah, the leg .... as in .... the bowling ball illistration? Oh, so some truths, don't lend themselves to conclusions?

1) "the park benches are put there to scare away the elephants" (a claim)

2) "there are no elephants in my neighborhood park" (a truth)

3) "therefore, the benches MUST be working! Afterall, you don't see any elephants, do you? How do you argue with results?" (the conclusion)

Re: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

I've gotta agree with Tom on this one, oldbill.

No clue what your post means, and there's a good chance no one else does, either. Since that's the case, who's to say it can't be used to argue for either side?

There’s the problem. Dowsing Discuss L-rods,

HI Bill you have them running in circles with that bit of ingenious, quasi technical, nonsense heheheheh

a good one bill

Re: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

---- if your as smart or smarter than the folks your speaking to and yet you can't seem to dazzle em with your brains, try baffling them with your BS instead. (because big words tend to impress simple minds )--- oddly most" big ideas" are actually easy to explain in laymen terms -- but then the science folks would have to get real results rather quickly if they couldn't fall back on "mumbo jumbo and gobley gook talk" as to the reason their experiment failed.

"I know something does it so I except your explaination"

Do you have the answer Tom....Art

I think it's funny as hell that you'll accept oldbill's answer without even understanding it, Art.

Maybe this explains why dowsers think the way they do.....

Re: An Exceptionally Simple Theory of Everything

Bill please get them off of the hook. Tell them it was simply a good joke, some actually believed that you intended to make sense other than a point and a good joke.
