Here is a tidbit of totally useless knowledge that originally appeared in the NY Daily News sometime in the early 70's. They ran an article every week with trivia that for the most part was interesting.

Lindsey Schmidt, a farmer in Western Australia taught his pet monkey to do something. What was it?

He taught the monkey to drive a tractor on the farm. The monkey also drove the children halfway to their school. By the way you misspelled his name. It's acually spelled Lindsay, not Lindsey.

Good god mcgearhead, what a spoil sport you are Sorry about the incorrect spelling, it has been over 35 years since I read that clipping. I didn't know the part about him driving the children, the article said the monkey actually taught its babies how to drive that same tractor!!!
