Someone is an ounce lighter at the ball park here in New Castle De. I dug this piece of metal up and felt a rim on the back of it so I stuck it in my pocket and my girlfriend said I was a junk collector , got home and cleaned it up Engelhard 1 troy ounce 999 fine silver now she says we are partners , looks like the lawn mowers ran it over but its going in the keepers pile

That's an odd find! I've seen a few silver rounds here, but not an Engelhard bar. Congrats!

Perhaps they used the park as a flea market and the silver dealer dropped it in the grass.
You should treasure that silver bar and never sell it becasue it has a very unique story. Very lucky and unique find! :4leafclover:
