and it's silver
well Benc2 and I hunted a little bit today, I made a map of a area, and tried to hit a few spots....in about 2 1/2 hours, out of 8 spots we managed only 2 spots, a Rec center, with hard digging crab grass....then and a middle school....I was getting skunked on the finds only pulled about 1 buck of clad, but thats not why we were there anyway.....we want the bling....and old coins, relics....Ben found a kids ring, then I got a football fob, then we were chattin about there has to be some jewelry, and about that time I see some shiny stuff staring back at me.....I knew it was some silver, and I reached down and picked this nice "silver" spoon shank out of the turf.....and it was a eyeball
find.......I wish it was dug.......but I haven't had a good silver find in awhile.....so I am jazzed!!!
